My Favorite Teacher

Perhaps this meme creator’s favorite subject was not English 😊, but we all get that look in our eyes when we think of our favorite teacher.

At Lead4Change, we hear about the best teachers all the time!

You gave them a chance to grow, share, serve, speak and make a difference. You allowed students to have a purpose. You gave them Voice and Choice in their work.

YOU are our favorite teacher.

Thank you for being flexible, accepting and open to all the changes in this year. Whether you are able to submit students’ work in the Lead4Change Challenge - or if you are starting now to build the lessons into next year - there is value and valor in your efforts.

All we ask of leaders is “Be Your Best Self,” Thank you for modeling this leadership.  We can’t wait to hear your story - and the stories from your student teams. When you are ready.

By the way - this year’s Challenge deadline is May 15th. But we accept Lead4Change Challenge entries every day of the year. Whenever your students have finished their work, please feel free to hit “submit.”

Middle School Redesign . . . High School Reimagined . . . Distance Learning . . . Hybrid Model

Whatever the word, the label or the plan, Lead4Change offers a flexible set of lessons that incorporate into any design style.

We are watching and listening as states, districts and schools rebuild, rethink, reengineer their process for educating students.

All year we have been working side-by-side with major school districts on Middle School Redesign projects. It is exciting to see how Lead4Change lessons on leadership and service will be incorporated into the curriculum for all middle school students in some districts. What an excellent way to strengthen social-emotional skills, build leadership capacity and ensure high quality community service.

We are now working closely with a number of school districts to develop templates for the 2020-2021 year, which is expected to be a “hybrid” of distance learning and classroom learning.

The best part? We have 8 years of experience, data, stories and real life outcomes from Lead4Change teachers. The program is 10,000+ teachers strong and more than 1.5 million students have completed the program successfully.

We want to work with you.  We can assist you in developing your plan for your setting in your timeframe. Our Outreach team of educators are ready to work 1-on-1 with you, at your pace.

Contact us today - or when you are ready. We are here to support you!
