Measure Student Growth

Did you remember to survey your students before they started the Lead4Change lessons?

We want to be sure you have evidence of the real change happening in students through the program.

Click on Leadership Survey on your member dashboard and get started. You have the opportunity to assess pre- and post- program levels of leadership and social emotional skills in your students.

The outcomes will show up in a report on this page – just for you!

Lead4Change loves North Carolina

What happens when teachers hear about a great resource from other teachers? Great things happen!

We are excited about the Lead4Change activity all across North Carolina. Where do we see students becoming leaders?

> throughout districts like Charlotte Mecklenberg and Cabarrus County, to name a few
> FCCLA and FBLA chapters around the state
> Charter Schools
> CTE classes
> and individual teachers, counselors and club advisors everywhere!

We are thankful for the engagement and support of NC Department of Public Instruction leaders and district leaders in many NC districts. In fact, more than 360 North Carolina educators are Lead4Change members.

What are you waiting for? This program is easy, proven and free! Talk to a fellow educator like Suzie Melton from our Advisory Board. She will share real-life experience.

We are excited to see NC students become the changemakers in their state!!
